Wow, the detail you've put into the body and hands is amazing ;) I congratulate you, i have huge problems with hands. But i think the face is slightly off, maybe the nose and neck/jaw. ;)

I have a tendency to pay way to much attention to details
and i usually have problems with hands too, but when i finished shading parts of the hands they didnt look so bad
I thought the face was off but i wasnt really sure... i'll fix it then re-upload it. :D
